Job Description
The Technology Lead will serve as a primary interface between a Technology Stream and our Servicing Stream within a Learning Managed Services (LMS) program. This role ensures seamless integration, alignment, and readiness of service operations by providing technical oversight and translating technical deliverables into service-ready functions.
Your Opportunity
- Act as the liaison between the service centre operations team and the technology delivery team to ensure mutual understanding of system capabilities and service requirements.
- Coordinate and track technical enablement milestones to align with service readiness and go-live timelines.
- Lead discussions on configuration, user access, reporting enablement, and workflows impacting service delivery.
- Provide input into SOPs, training documents, and service desk procedures from a technology perspective.
- Support the transition to run services by validating technical readiness of systems supporting service delivery.
- Identify and resolve blockers between streams and escalate risks or dependencies proactively.
- Information Technology Infrastructure Library foundations including incident management, change management, and request fulfilment.
- Manage a ‘Software as a Service’ provider.
- Gain ap proficient understanding of our core systems to act as our internal expert for program implementation and operations.
- Manage all service centre tech change and upgrades.
Your Experience
- Proven experience in managing interfaces between service delivery and technical teams within a managed service environment.
- Strong understanding of technology rollouts, end-user enablement, and service design.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate between business and technical contexts.
- Experience in education, learning, or public sector programs is desirable.
