We are seeking a confident, driven, and persuasive Telemarketer to join our team. In this role, you’ll play a critical part in expanding our network by reaching out to potential partners , setting meetings for our team, and closing new business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
- Proactively call and follow up with leads to introduce our programs and services
- Set qualified appointments for the Sales & Partnerships team
- Handle objections professionally and maintain a positive, persuasive attitude
- Identify opportunities to close smaller deals directly over the phone
- Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and outcomes in our CRM system
- Work towards weekly and monthly outreach and conversion targets
- Provide feedback on lead quality and campaign effectiveness
About You
- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills
- Previous experience in telemarketing, inside sales, or customer service preferred
- Goal-oriented, with a track record of hitting or exceeding KPIs
- Confident, professional phone manner
- Comfortable working independently and as part of a remote team
- A passion for sport or working with youth is a plus
