The Role
As a Telephone Debt Collection Specialist, you’ll play a vital role in resolving customer accounts while working within a supportive, team-driven environment.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Handling customer interactions with empathy, professionalism, and patience to find effective solutions
- Managing emotional and high-pressure situations with quick thinking and adaptability
- Working collaboratively with colleagues to meet team goals
- Negotiating payment plans with customers to resolve outstanding debts
What We’re Looking For
This role requires commitment and reliability. To be eligible, you must:
✅ Work a minimum of 3 shifts per week (Note: We are closed on public holidays and weekends.)
✅ Be available for at least 24 hours per week – preference for this who can work more hours
✅ Finish at 5 pm Monday–Friday if required
✅ Start at 8:30 am Monday–Friday, if required
✅ Work Mondays (minimum 5-hour shift) and *Fridays until 5 pm (minimum 5-hour shift)
✅ Commit to at least 18 months in this role – or longer!
✅ Work on-site in Blacktown (3/45 Fourth Avenue, Blacktown)
