We currently have an exciting opportunity to join our ANZ Sales team as a Tele Sales Representative; genuine opportunities like this rarely become available. The bulk of your work day will be spent on the phone: providing high levels of customer service to existing customers, cold-calling potential new customers, and completing sales orders (both inbound and outbound).

- Outbound sales calls to existing customers, as well as customers who are currently not ranging PepsiCo products to secure new business
- Process phone and email sales orders
- Manage any new customer creation requests
- Maintain a high standard of customer service to all customers
- Previous experience in a customer service or sales-based role
- Excellent customer service skills, written and verbal communication skills and a friendly attitude
- Ability to work autonomously, stay organised, and manage competing priorities
- Able to overcome objections, have natural selling conversations, and use retail math when speaking with customers
