About the Role:
We are on the lookout for 2x enthusiastic Therapy Assistants to join our team at Bethanie Como, as part of our casual relief pool. Bethanie Como is a 99 bed luxury facility that provides a full range of aged care services with a focus on allied health support and personalised care.

About You:
We are looking for someone who is passionate about working with people of all abilities and backgrounds. Our ideal candidate is enthusiastic, creative, and able to support and cultivate our residents’ strengths and interests. You should be able to work autonomously, facilitate individual and group therapy sessions independently, and use your initiative and creative thinking to ensure sessions run smoothly.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Certificate III or IV in Allied Health Assistance (or equivalent)
- Experience in a Therapy Assistant role, ideally in aged care or healthcare
- Experience working with residents with advanced dementia
- Clear communication skills with care recipients, families, and team members
- Ability to work as part of a team and individually
- Willingness to uphold the Mission, Vision, and Values of The Bethanie Group
- Willingness to obtain relevant vaccinations
- Current NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willingness to apply for one)
