About the Role
The successful applicant will be trained as a plant operator on various specialised equipment whilst undertaking a Certificate III in Civil Construction Plant Operations. SPA is committed to the training and development of our employees and the provision of a long-term career path.
Skills & Experience:
- Have a current Drivers License
- Have a keen interest in machinery/Civil Construction
- Be prepared to travel throughout New South Wales and potentially interstate
- Have a strong work ethic, willing to work flexible hours to meet the client's needs
- Possess a positive, can do attitude
- Keen interest in learning all facets of profiling work including pre-milling, Asphalt work and Final Trim
- Ability to work on your own and in a team environment
- Ability to complete pre-employment medical including D&A
- Have a focus on maintaining a safe work environment
- Hourly Rate (above minimum award trainee rate) and Paid Allowances and LAHA
