Position Overview:
We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Trainer and Assessor who is well-versed in the BSB40120 – Certificate IV in Business, BSB50120 – Diploma of Business or BSB60120 qualifications. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and evaluating training programs according to ASQA (Australian Skills Quality Authority) standards.
Responsibilities:
- Deliver training and assessment services for BSB40120, BSB50120 or BSB60120 and other similar qualifications.
- Develop and update training materials to align with current industry standards.
- Conduct assessments and provide constructive feedback to learners.
- Maintain accurate student records in compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Engage with industry partners to ensure course content remains current.
- Provide academic support to students through various platforms, including one-on-one consultations and group discussions.
Qualifications:
- TAE40116 – Certificate IV in Training and Assessment or equivalent (REQUIRED).
- Extensive experience in management and leadership roles
- Previous experience in delivering BSB40120, BSB50120 or BSB60120 or similar qualifications.
- Strong understanding of ASQA compliance and AQF (Australian Qualifications Framework).
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
- A commitment to lifelong learning and professional development.
