About the role
As our Training Coordinator you’ll assist in the delivery of the AGPT program across a training region, manage registrar placements and training activities, and build strong stakeholder relationships. Reporting to the Training Coordination Team Leader you’ll collaborate with GP medical educator, Program Support Officers, and practices to uphold systems, processes, and ensure program quality.
As our Training Coordinator, you'll also:
Serve as the primary contact for GP registrars, supervisors and practice staff to provide guidance and training support.
Coordinate GP registrar placements, ensuring alignment with program requirements and community needs.
Collaborate with the GP medical education team to facilitate program activities and resources.
Lead or contribute to key regional processes including accreditation, performance reviews, and program reporting.
Skills & Experience
Excellent relationship-building and communication skills
Strong coordination and organisational skills
Proven experience in program or training management
Ability to balance planning with hands-on execution
