Transactional Direct BDM- Sydney

Each day, you’ll go above and beyond to:
- Identify and address the transactional banking needs of new and existing customers through face to face and zoom meetings from proactively sourced or through referrals generated across the Small Business Commercial Broker business unit.
- Drive capability and coaching bankers around how to spot, identify and send high quality referrals whilst lifting the awareness of our Transactional Banking value proposition.
- Identifying solutions across a diverse range of Transaction Banking products to ensure we meet client's specific needs and help improve their cashflow and working capital
- Project manage opportunities and work in conjunction with the Transactional Direct sales team to support the successful implementation of transactional solutions
- Tailoring proposal for new to bank opportunities and presenting to customers and brokers
- Strong collaboration with state based commercial broker teams
We’re looking for the best and brightest to deliver the best for our customers. You’ll need:
- Background in Banking/Transactional Banking would be ideal
- Sales capability, strong commitment to customer outcomes and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Proven ability to collaborate widely across various business units to obtain the best outcome for our customers
- Capability in building your own and enterprise brand in both internal and external markets
- Excellent presentation and communication skills
