About the Role

As a Triage Delegate with the Central Adelaide Aged Care Assessment Team (ACAT), you will play a vital role in supporting aged clients through the intake and triage process. This includes accurately entering data into the My Aged Care system and providing clients with clear information on available aged care pathways. Whether it’s community care, residential respite, or flexible care options, you will guide clients through their choices and ensure they receive the services most appropriate for their needs.
