An opportunity has arisen for a highly motivated, results orientated, business savvy leader who wants to continue the momentum and help take the business to the next level to join our team as a Used Vehicle Sales Manager.
This is a Full Time Permanent Role, with 2 Rostered Days Off per month and an attractive remuneration package; base, bonuses, phone allowance, fuel, and access to a Toyota vehicle. The successful candidate will be reporting to and assisted by our Retail Sales Manager - New & Used. This role would be well suited to an experienced Used Vehicle Sales Manager, or a 2IC Sales Manager looking to take the next step in their career.

Job Description
How you will make an Impact:
This role will be responsible for driving the sales of the Used Vehicle department. This is a hands-on sales management role, leading and motivating the sales team in achieving monthly and annual volume and profit targets.
Ideally you will demonstrate a history of success in terms of driving results across various facets of the dealership as well as driving a high performance culture.

Desired Skills and Experience
What we’re looking for:
- Current Yard Manager’s Licence
- Current WA Manual Driver’s Licence
- Previous management experience in the automotive industry with a successful proven track record in sales
- Outstanding leadership skills with the desire to work in a team environment
- Strong communication and relationship building skills
- Strong financial management and analytical skills
- Ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines
