Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee restaurant and event venue operations.
- Manage staff hiring, training, and scheduling.
- Ensure excellent customer service and resolve guest concerns.
- Plan and coordinate private events and functions.
- Control budgets, track sales, and optimize profitability.
- Maintain health, safety, and quality standards.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in restaurant and/or event management.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Knowledge of POS systems and hospitality regulations.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $75,000.00 – $80,000.00 per year
