We’re on the hunt for an experienced and passionate Venue Manager to lead our brand new Mordialloc venue.
Tio Tapas Y Vino has become a staple on the Mornington Peninsula for authentic Spanish tapas, relaxed vibes, and exceptional service. Now, we’re bringing that same energy and flavour to Mordialloc – and we need a strong leader to help drive this exciting next chapter.
What you’ll bring:
- Proven leadership experience in a high-volume hospitality venue
- A hands-on management style with a focus on team development and guest experience
- Excellent communication, organisation, and problem-solving skills
- Sound knowledge of bar operations, cocktails, and restaurant service
- Strong understanding of financials, rostering, ordering and compliance
- Passion for hospitality and a desire to grow with a dynamic team
Your role:
- Lead day-to-day operations, creating a smooth and memorable guest experience
- Recruit, train, and inspire a passionate team
- Collaborate with the directors on promotions, events, and local marketing
- Maintain high standards in service, presentation, and cleanliness
- Manage budgets, cost control, and compliance with RSA and OH&S standards

Availability: Full-time, including evenings and weekends
