- What You’ll Be Doing
- Be a hands-on leader, supporting daily operations and technical functions to keep the good times rolling!
- Inspire and empower your team through roster planning, training, and mentoring
- Drive excellence in guest experience, ensuring every visit is memorable
- Collaborate with the Venue Manager to shape the success of the venue
- Champion our values: FUN, REMARKABLE, REAL, OBSESSED, PARTNER - every single day
- Who You Are
- You’ve got a valid Working With Vulnerable People Check (or are ready to get one!)
- You hold a current First Aid & CPR Certificate
- You’re a natural leader with experience in hospitality or entertainment venues (technical experience would be amazing too, but not essential by any means!)
- You bring energy, innovation, and drive, and inspire your team to do the same
- You’re a relationship builder, especially when it comes to corporate and social bookings
- You understand the financial side of business and are eager to grow!
- You’re passionate about making people smile and creating WOW moments.
