Accent Brands (a division of Accent Group) is looking for a Visual Merchandising Coordinator to support our Retail Visual Merchandise Manager in delivering flawless campaigns, visual standards, and immersive brand experiences across our store network.
This hybrid role combines campaign coordination, strategic planning, and hands-on store execution, making you the crucial link between brand strategy and the in-store experience. You’ll help ensure every store feels on-brand, premium, and ready to delight customers.
What you’ll be doing
• Support the planning and rollout of seasonal campaigns, POS, signage, and visual assets
• Coordinate visual merchandising calendars, store communications, and compliance reporting
• Visit stores to assist with campaign execution, coaching teams and troubleshooting challenges
• Act as a visual merchandise ambassador, ensuring consistency, quality, and commercial impact
• Collaborate with Retail, Marketing, and Area teams to elevate the in-store brand experience
What you’ll bring
• 1–3 years’ experience in visual merchandising, preferably across multi-store retail
• Hands-on, roll-up-your-sleeves attitude and strong organisational skills
• Confident communicator able to influence and train store teams
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and comfortable with visual briefs, photo reporting, and tracking tools
• Passion for footwear, fashion, sport, surf, and skate culture
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally as required
