Creating Change Psychology and Counselling is a well-established and thriving private practice located in the rapidly growing Hills District of North-West Sydney.
We are currently seeking dynamic and enthusiastic Psychology Students for volunteer work experience for minimum of one shift per week on Monday to Thursday evenings 5pm to 9pm, or during the day on Thursday or Friday.

We have a reputation for providing excellent client care and utilising established therapeutic practices for optimal progress. These ensure clinical excellence in our treatment of children, adolescents, adults, couples, and families coping a wide range of circumstances.
The successful applicant will enjoy:
- Working alongside a large team of Psychologists, ranging from experienced senior clinical practitioners to early career psychologists

- Variety of practical activities including assisting with client administration, welcoming and making beverages for clients, room set up and pack down
- Variety of research activities to keep our psychologists up-to-date with latest and best scientific evidence
- Assisting the Director and Clinical Director with various tasks to advance our service provision, marketing and other tasks as required and based on your areas of interest and expertise.
Creating Change is looking for a Psychology Student with:
- Students currently studying in their third or fourth year of a psychology degree
- Police Check and Working with Children clearance
- Availability to work 1-2 shifts a week for min 4 hours per shift.
- Experience and an ongoing interest in working with children, adolescents, adults and their families
- A warm and approachable manner, with the ability and confidence to work independently and also in a team
- Flexibility, accountability and a willingness to learn
- Attention to detail and exceptional organisational and communication skills
- Availability to volunteer Monday, Tuesday or Thursday evenings from 5pm to 9pm, or Thursday or Friday during working hours.
