Before officially stepping into your Area Leader role, you’ll complete a tailored immersion phase as a Venue Leader. This time on the ground builds your credibility, confidence, and understanding of our systems, people, and culture – setting you up for long-term success!
What We’re Looking For:
2+ years’ experience in a multi-site leadership role in QSR or hospitality.
A people first leader with the ability to coach, uplift and inspire large teams.
Strong operational know how – you’re confident with labour, cost control, opening checklists, and understanding the rhythm of a successful venue.
A leader who knows how to set expectations and celebrate success.
Hands on, proactive, and highly engaged – you lead from within.
