WAIT STAFF
Byng Street Group Pty Ltd is looking for a full-time Wait Staff. Byng Street Group Pty Ltd operates across five locations in the Central West that are well patronized by locals and visitors to the region.
DUTIES
The duties you will be expected to complete in this position include but are not limited to:
- Arranging tables and setting them up
- Greeting customers and providing them with menus and beverage lists
- Taking orders and passing them to kitchen and bar staff
- Delivering food and beverages to guests
- Opening and pouring beverages
- Clearing tables and returning dishware and cutlery to the kitchen
- Removing empty bottles and glasses, refilling or replacing them as necessary
- Handling payments and operating point-of-sale systems
- May suggest wine pairings to complement the meal
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE
- AQF Certificate II or III qualification
- At least one year of relevant experience may be accepted in place of the formal qualifications listed above. In some cases, relevant experience and/or on-the-job training may be necessary in addition to formal qualifications.

This is a fulltime position. Average 38 hours per week
Salary is range of $65,000 - $75,000 per annum, plus superannuation commensurate with experience.
