What you'll be doing
The Ward Clerk plays a vital role in supporting patient care by managing clerical systems and working closely with the health care team to ensure smooth ward operations. Your responsibilities will also include:
- Maintaining accurate patient records and data systems
- Providing clerical support to staff, patients and visitors
- Promoting patient centred care and best practice
- Participating in ongoing training and development
- Contributing to quality improvement initiatives
