What you will bring to the role

  • Excellent customer service focus
  • Demonstrated communication skills incorporating the abilities of courtesy diplomacy and confidentiality
  • Demonstrated ability to prioritise a demanding workload with proven problem solving skills
  • Experience with the Health Roster system or equivalent experience with rostering within a large complex organisation
  • Good time management and organisation skills
  • Demonstrated computer literacy, accuracy and conciseness in documentation
  • Understanding and ability to negotiate to achieve positive outcomes
