Job Responsibilities:
We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and organised individual to join our team as an Warehouse Administrator. The ideal candidate will be responsible for efficiently processing and managing customer orders, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery. This position involves working closely with various departments to streamline order fulfillment processes.
Responsibilities:
- Accurately input and process customer orders into the system.
- Verify order details, quantities, and pricing to ensure precision.
- Coordinate with other departments to fulfil orders promptly.
- Respond to customer inquiries regarding order status and product availability.
- Work closely with the sales team to ensure accurate order entry and fulfilment.
- Communicate effectively with warehouse personnel to coordinate shipping and delivery schedules.
Job Requirements：
- Proficiency in using order processing software and Excel.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Organisational and time-management skills.
