Our Warehouse Assistants are tasked to deliver accurate and timely order fulfillment for online, wholesale and retail orders across our network of Gewürzhaus stores.
They assist with maintaining inventory quality through stock handling, storage and rotation. They also complete set daily tasks to ensure a safe, clean and functional warehouse operation at all times. Reporting to the Warehouse Manager, key responsibilities include;
- Daily order fulfilment of online customer orders including picking, packing and freight preparation
- Retail store order fulfilment inline with weekly replenishment schedule and timelines
- Wholesale order fulfilment including picking, packing and freight preparation
- Receive inbound orders ensuring items are marked off, unpacked and stored correctly
- Assist with the completion of cycle counts and stock counts as required
- General cleaning and admin duties as required
Who we are looking for
- Minimum 1 year experience in pick packing or a storeperson role across varied packaging requirements
- Task focused with a high attention to detail
- Strong communication skills, written and verbal
- Your values are front and centre in everything that you do
- A positive ‘can-do’ attitude with the ability to work effectively as a team or autonomously
- Can cope with competing deadlines and adapt to change
- Previous experience operating a walking stacker, forklift experience (and license) is a bonus
