The Opportunity
As a Warehouse Assistant (Legend), you're the magic behind the scenes! Your mission? Spread DAILY HAPPY by ensuring every customer order is picked, checked and packed to perfection and the warehouse runs smoother than a perfectly timed espresso shot.
This is an exciting opportunity to join a fast-growing company and learn more about coffee from within the roastery of Australia's only coffee company that sources, roasts and serves 100% South East Asian Specialty beans.
Responsibilities
- Master the art of customer order fulfillment with impeccable quality and attention to detail.
- Maintain efficient systems and procedures so the warehouse runs smoother than a well-oiled espresso machine!
- Spread happiness to our customers like confetti by ensuring every order arrives accurately and right on time!
- Receive and process orders through various channels including email, phone, Ordermentum, Shopify, and Recharge
- Become a packing pro with your picking, checking, and packing prowess.
- Stock management
- Keep our warehouse sparkling clean and organized, maintaining a food-grade standard on the daily.
- Embark on exciting adventures like deliveries or lending a hand in our cafes or with the wholesale team. You'll never know what journey awaits!

Ideal Candidate
- Although not 100% necessary to succeed in this role, applicants with a passion for specialty coffee or some previous barista skills will get so much more out of this role!
- Sharp-eyed and detail-oriented, someone who never misses a beat and follows instructions like a pro.
- You thrive in fast-paced settings and can juggle multiple tasks like the wizard that you are
- Physically fit and ready to tackle heavy lifting, loading, and unloading with ease.
- A team player with top-notch communication skills and a knack for collaboration.
- While admin, customer service, or warehouse experience is a bonus, we welcome all eager learners with open arms!
