We are now seeking Storepersons & Cellar Operations Attendants to join our dynamic Loading Dock and Distribution team. These are hands-on operational roles supporting event-day and non-event-day activities, ensuring our venue runs smoothly and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Receive, verify, and organise incoming goods with accuracy.
- Maintain warehouse, cool room, and keg room cleanliness and organisation.
- Safely distribute stock, kegs, and equipment to required locations across the venue.
- Ensure correct stock management practices, including rotation (FIFO) and consolidation.
- Operate safely and effectively around an active loading dock, following PPE and equipment procedures.
- Assist with stocktakes, cold storage management, and general warehouse duties.
- Support both Optus Stadium and HBF Park operations.
Requirements
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and a team-focused mindset.
- Good communication skills, including use of 2-way radios.
- Physically fit with the ability to handle high workloads and manual handling (e.g. moving kegs).
- Previous warehousing/distribution experience preferred, particularly in FMCG or hospitality.
- Experience with pallet jacks, electric pallet jacks, buggies, and warehouse machinery.
- Valid driver’s license essential; forklift license preferred.
- Willingness to work event days and within a 07:00–15:00 schedule.
- Commitment to workplace safety and following OHS guidelines. Long Term (6 months +) commitment desirable.
