We’re seeking a hands-on and experienced Warehouse Manager to lead daily operations at our Adelaide facility. If you’re currently a Warehouse Supervisor ready to move into a leadership role, we’d love to hear from you.
You’ll play a hands-on leadership role, contributing directly to supply chain success and customer satisfaction.

About the Role
Reporting to the General Manager, your responsibilities will include:
- Promote a safe work environment and actively lead WH&S initiatives
- Lead and develop a high-performing team with a focus on safety, performance and development
- Oversee pick/pack and replenishment functions
- Ensure timely fulfilment of sales orders in line with Service Level Agreements (SLAs)
- Maintain accurate stock control systems
- Manage credit returns and responding to internal customer needs
- Identify training needs through skills gap analysis
- Maintain a clean, organised, and compliant warehouse environment
- Be hands-on and involved in daily operations
- Proven leadership skills and ability to motivate and delegate
- A professional, punctual, and proactive approach
- Commitment to customer service and continuous improvement
- Solid understanding of WH&S practices
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, WMS, and freight systems
- Strong stock control and warehousing operations
- Ability to work independently and perform under pressure
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Current Forklift Licence
- A willingness to learn, adapt, and share knowledge in a team environment
