Toby’s Estate Coffee
The story of Toby's Estate began in 1997, in the grungy streets of Woolloomooloo, armed with Mum’s garage, a beat-up coffee roaster and passion on tap, we set out on a wild adventure of business and coffee discovery. Not concerned with the frills of it all, but just that we were consistently consistent in roasting the tastiest coffee we could and treating all the people in our world like family.
Fast forward 25 years we’re a crack team and merry band of misfits united by a common passion for doing amazing things, and at the forefront of pushing the limits of premium specialty coffee.
Why join us as our store person?
- You’ll join a small team learning the ins and outs of coffee logistics. From Scheduling green bean delivery to coordinating our roasted beans, you’ll be the guru in the warehouse.
- You’ll see the transformation of our Toby’s product innovations from beans to package and ensure our customers receive precisely what they ordered.
- You’ll coordinate stock take and accurately receive inbound goods into our warehouse management system.

About you
You’ll have a genuine passion for both coffee and coordination with a can-do approach. You’ll balance your interpersonal and communication skills with your problem-solving attitude as you work together with your colleagues to complete your daily tasks. You’ll be positive and proactive, with excellent forklifting knowhow and a license to prove so. At least 1 years' experience with high reach forklifts is highly valued.
This is a full-time Monday to Friday role based at our Alexandria warehouse. Initial training across 2 weeks between the hours of 8am to 4pm and then from there the ongoing hours are 6am - 2pm.
This warehouse is where we receive, store, and dispatch to our café customers their coffee equipment and wholesale coffee which is freshly roasted at our Chippendale Roastery.
