- This role is Permanent Full-time, 76hrs/fortnight | 5:00am – 2:00pm, weekdays and weekend shifts on rotation (9-day fortnight).
- As part of the recruitment process this role requires a pre-employment check for final candidates, including a National Police Check.
- Lead and support a team of warehouse co-workers to ensure daily operations run smoothly, safely, and efficiently.
- Foster a strong safety culture, ensuring compliance with all health, safety and environmental standards.
- Plan and monitor fulfilment tasks to meet daily goals on time and with high quality.
- Coach, develop and inspire your team through regular feedback and performance conversations.
- Drive continuous improvement and help deliver the best experience for our customers and store teams.
- Experience in leading teams—ideally in warehousing, logistics or retail environments.
- A passion for operational excellence and creating a positive, people-first culture.
- A strong sense of responsibility, with the ability to problem-solve and adapt quickly.
- A safety-first mindset and confidence in decision-making under pressure.
- Strong communication and digital skills (Microsoft Office experience preferred).
