Wanneroo Isuzu UTE are seeking a Warranty Administrator to join our busy service team.
In this role, you’ll be the go-to expert on warranty processes, working closely with our manufacturers, service technicians, and dealership team to maintain accuracy, timeliness, and exceptional service standards.
The Role:
- Process warranty claims with precision and efficiency, adhering to manufacturer guidelines and ensuring accurate costing of repair orders
- Maintain comprehensive and organised warranty records for all transactions.
- Collaborate and communicate well with internal and external stakeholders
- Proactively resolve any issues or discrepancies related to warranty claims, coordinating with relevant parties as needed
- Deliver excellent customer service, both over the phone and in person
- Assist the service team with additional tasks and ad hoc duties as required by the Service Manager.
