Warranty Manager

Clarendon Homes, one of Queensland’s most respected residential builders, is seeking a dedicated Service and Warranty Manager to join our passionate team in Loganholme., we are committed to delivering quality homes and exceptional customer experiences—long after the keys are handed over.

About the Role:

As the Service and Warranty Manager, you will lead a high-performing team responsible for post-construction service, warranty claims, and customer satisfaction. This is a pivotal leadership role where you’ll oversee the day-to-day operations of our service and warranty department, manage homeowner relationships, and ensure our brand promise is delivered throughout the post-settlement journey.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and lead the service and warranty team to ensure timely, professional responses to homeowner concerns.

• Oversee all warranty and defect rectification processes across approx. 350 homes per year.

• Liaise with trades, suppliers, and internal construction teams to coordinate rectification works.

• Ensure compliance with statutory warranty periods and QBCC requirements.

• Drive customer satisfaction outcomes and continuously improve service processes.

• Handle escalated customer issues with professionalism and a solutions-based approach.

• Monitor trends in defects and provide feedback to improve build quality.

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven experience in a similar role within residential construction (volume building preferred).

• Strong understanding of construction processes and QBCC warranty obligations.

• Exceptional communication, leadership, and customer service skills.

• Ability to lead a team and manage multiple priorities with efficiency.

• Detail-oriented with a strong problem-solving mindset.

• Trade background or construction qualification (desirable).
