About the Role
We are currently seeking a dedicated Warranty Administrator to join our high-performing Service Department at Maddington Toyota. Reporting to the Service Manager, you will be responsible for the accurate and timely processing of warranty claims, supporting the efficient operation of the department and ensuring compliance with Toyota’s warranty policies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare, submit and track warranty claims in line with Toyota Australia’s guidelines
- Maintain complete, legible, and up-to-date records for all claims submitted
- Organise and manage the storage of returned warranty parts and ensure prompt return when requested
- Process hidden damage and transport-related claims
- Assist with the costing of repair orders and support broader costing functions within the department
About You
You are detail-oriented, proactive, and customer-focused. You take pride in your work and thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
You will ideally have:
- Experience in a warranty administration or similar role (automotive experience preferred)
- Understanding of dealership or service department operations
- Excellent time management and multitasking skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Current Australian work rights and a valid driver’s licence
