Additionally, as our Team Leader you'll step into the role of lifeguard, ready to jump into action with your rescue and first aid expertise whenever the need arises, safeguarding the well-being of our swimmers.

This role may be required to rotate around Narrabri Shire Aquatic Facilities to support operational needs.

Please note, the Wee Waa Pool Team Leader will be required to return to Narrabri Aquatic Centre over the winter shut down period.

As our ideal candidate, you will be a problem-solver at heart, with a keen eye for detail and a knack for keeping things running smoothly. You’ve got the skills of a lifeguard, a passion for pristine pools, an unwavering commitment to safety as well as:

  • A certified pool lifeguard skillset.
  • Experience in pool plant and equipment maintenance and operation.
  • A track record of diving headfirst into leadership roles and making a positive splash.
  • Exceptional customer service skills.

If you’re ready to take the plunge into a role where every day offers a chance to make a difference, then we want to hear from you! Let’s create a positive impact together within our community.
