Are you ready for a role that's more than just a job? At Levande, we’re looking for a dynamic Wellbeing Coordinator to join our vibrant community. You're a cornerstone of our vibrant community, making real impacts every day. It's an opportunity to grow, innovate, and connect deeply with the people we serve.
This is a full-time role with a rotating roster:
- Two weeks each month, you'll work Monday to Friday from 8am to 4pm
- One week, you'll work weekend shifts (Saturday and Sunday 8am to 4pm) with Thursday and Friday as your days off
- The remaining week, you'll work Monday to Friday from 11am to 7pm
- Bringing People Together: Assist with events that cultivate a vibrant, connected community.
- Creating Memorable Experiences: Develop a dynamic monthly calendar of engaging activities that promote social interaction, wellbeing, and joy.
- Championing Wellbeing: Lead lifestyle and wellbeing initiatives that enhance residents' quality of life, fostering a sense of belonging and fulfillment.
- Providing Compassionate Support: Offer care and guidance, connecting residents with essential services and resources.
- Building Community Partnerships: Collaborate with senior citizen centres and community groups to strengthen support and engagement.
- Maintaining Resident Care: Keep resident files up-to-date with requests or relevant information to ensure their needs are met.
- Ensuring Safety: Conduct monthly testing and maintenance of medical alert systems for residents' safety and peace of mind.
