We're looking for an experienced Wholesale Manager to lead the charge in buying and selling vehicles to and from trade dealers, backed by the support of a national team.
The Role & What You’ll Do
As our NSW Wholesale Manager, you’ll take ownership of the wholesale channel — identifying stock sourcing opportunities, building dealer relationships, and ensuring fast, accurate vehicle movement through the network.
You’ll be responsible for both purchasing and selling vehicles within the trade market, operating with autonomy and accountability. This is a flexible role and candidates can be based anywhere in NSW where they have strong dealership and networking access.
Your core responsibilities:
- Buy vehicles for wholesale resale through dealer and trade channels
- Sell wholesale stock from our inventory to approved trade partners
- Build and maintain relationships with used car dealers, wholesalers, and fleet operators
- Identify sourcing opportunities to supplement existing inventory
- Negotiate confidently on purchase and sale pricing, margins, and volumes
- Manage procurement workflows and pricing models
- Maintain visibility on wholesale trends, vehicle demand, and resale values
- Work closely with internal teams to track stock movement and ensure operational alignment
- Willingness to work Saturdays on a rotating roster
Requirements
- Proven experience in automotive wholesale buying and/or selling
- A strong, active network of dealers and sourcing contacts
- Deep understanding of vehicle pricing, resale demand, and wholesale valuations
- Excellent negotiation and relationship management skills
- Strong commercial acumen and the ability to operate autonomously
- Great attention to detail and ability to manage end-to-end transactions
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Full Australian driver’s licence
- Willingness to complete a police and background check
