The Role
The Workflow Coordinator will play a key role in achieving monthly starts targets, by progressing projects through to the construction stage. Working closely with different business functions, you’ll ensure a strategic approach to track progress, and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders.
Other roles and responsibilities include but not limited to:
- Weekly coordination of job and task tracking across the Operations Department (Drafting, Estimating, Customer Experience and Approvals)
- Ensure the job is progressing efficiently through preconstruction
- Review preconstruction reports, analyse and identify trends to execute weekly project starts targets
- Complete workflow specific tasks such as finance, settlement tracking, land title updates
- Provide support to other members within the Operations team and with other areas of the business as required
