Your Role
We’re seeking an experienced Enablement lead to manage the onboarding and offboarding processes for IT staff, contractors, and third-party providers across complex client environments. This role is critical to ensuring secure, seamless transitions that support service continuity and compliance.
You’ll be responsible for designing and executing robust onboarding/offboarding frameworks, managing access provisioning and deactivation, and coordinating with internal teams and external vendors to ensure all documentation, security protocols, and contractual obligations are met.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end onboarding and offboarding of IT personnel, contractors, and third-party providers.
- Develop and implement scalable processes for access management, documentation, and compliance.
- Ensure alignment with security policies and contractual requirements.
- Collaborate with vendor managers, HR, and IT operations to ensure smooth transitions.
- Maintain accurate records and reporting for audits and governance.
- Identify and mitigate risks associated with transitions and access control.
Your Profile
- Proven success in managing complex multi-vendor transitions across sectors such as telecom, finance, and government.
- Strong expertise in supplier governance, contract negotiation, and vendor performance management.
- Familiarity with SIAM methodologies and end-to-end service delivery.
- Excellent leadership, stakeholder engagement, and risk management capabilities.
- Ability to ensure seamless integration and disengagement of suppliers while maintaining service continuity.
- Experience with ITSM tools and identity/access management systems is highly desirable.
For this role you will need to have NV1 or NV2 clearance and ability to work fulltime on site due to the projects within this role.
