About the Role
This is an exciting blend of portfolio management and business development. You will be strengthening relationships with existing clients, managing a diverse range of SME and commercial accounts, and tapping into new opportunities. You will have an established pipeline to work from, plus the backing of a supportive team who genuinely want to see you succeed.
What You Will Be Doing:
Manage and grow a portfolio of SME and commercial clients across varied industries
Build new relationships through referrals, networking, and strategic outreach
Meet with clients to assess risks and design tailored insurance programs
Work closely with underwriters to prepare quotes, negotiate terms, and finalise policies
Provide renewal strategies, claims support, and ongoing risk management advice
