Position Overview:
We are seeking a positive and proactive individual to join our team as an Admin and Accounts Assistant. Key Responsibilities:
- Invoicing:
- Generate and process invoices accurately and in a timely manner.
- Ensure all necessary documentation is included in the invoicing process.
- Communicate effectively with clients regarding billing inquiries.
- Ordering:
- Coordinating and placing orders for supplies and materials as needed.
- Maintaining accurate records of orders and receipts.
- Negotiating with vendors to secure favorable terms.
- Delivery Co-ordination:
- Facilitate and coordinate deliveries to ensure timely and accurate shipments.
- Liaise with relevant departments to optimize delivery schedules.
- Inventory Checks:
- Conduct regular inventory checks to maintain accurate stock levels.
- Report discrepancies and work with the team to address any issues.
- Accounting Software:
- Utilize accounting software to manage financial transactions and records.
- Ensure data integrity and accuracy in financial reporting.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Proven experience in administrative and accounts roles.
- Familiarity with accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero).
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Effective communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Positive and proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and adapt.
- Basic knowledge of accounting principles.
