Job Description
ASICS has an exciting opportunity to join our Accounting Department as an Accounts Officer! Reporting to the Finance and Admin Manager, this role will be responsible for delivering comprehensive accounting and banking support with a core focus on retail banking.
So, what goes into making that happen?
Manage the Retail Banking Portfolio
Setting up banking requirements for new retail stores
Accounts Payable and Invoice Processing
Preparing and arranging payment to suppliers
Answering incoming calls and providing routine information in response to inquiries
Maintaining filing and archiving system
Performing any special reports or projects as required
Assisting with Auditor and Bank Queries when required
Monthly Regression Testing

Qualifications
That’s enough about us! Here’s what we hope to see from you:
Experience in a high-volume accounting environment with a focus on retail banking and Accounts Payable.
Proficient knowledge of SAP.
Excellent numerical, keyboard and data entry skills with high attention to detail.
Ability to translate financial jargon and data to everyday stakeholder-friendly language.
Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaborate as a team in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to deal with confidential information in a professional manner.
Strong interpersonal skills in establishing and maintaining effective working relationship within the department team members.
