Permanent Part Time – 32 hours per week (64 hours per fortnight)
Tuesday to Friday


About the Role
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Administration / Accounts Officer to support the Community Options Manager with day-to-day operations. This role involves assisting with data preparation and reporting, coordinating clerical staff development, and ensuring accurate financial processes that reflect Community Options service delivery.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver high-quality customer service to both internal and external stakeholders

  • Support monthly client invoicing, input invoices, and reconcile DC2Vue diaries

  • Assist with the preparation and data entry of reporting requirements for Commonwealth and State funding

  • Process ARM/Epicor orders and maintain accurate records

  • Liaise with clients and service providers to resolve issues related to routine transactions

  • Contribute as a valued member of a multidisciplinary team delivering person-centred care

Skills & Experience

Essential:

  • Strong customer service skills

  • Proficient computer literacy, including Microsoft Office, with a willingness to learn internal systems

  • Qualification in Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field

  • Ability to work independently and prioritise tasks effectively

  • Excellent organisational, communication, and time management skills

  • Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality

Desirable:

  • Experience in financial management

  • Familiarity with systems such as ARM/Epicor, DCE, iPM, and Bossnet

  • Previous experience in the healthcare sector
