About the role
Provide confidential administrative and bookings support to the Speech/Dietetics department, as well as administrative support for the Director of Speech Pathology and Director of Dietetics.
About you
Our ideal candidate will be someone who can carry out the following key accountabilities in accordance with the Metro North Health's values:
Fulfil the accountabilities of this role in accordance with Queensland Health's core values, as outline below.
Undertake all administration tasks associated with Speech Pathology and Dietetics outpatient appointments including referrals, bookings, arriving, cancelling and rebooking for patient appointments.
Abide by the Specialist Outpatient Services Implementation Standard (SOSIS).for all outpatient related tasks.
Provide high level of administrative support including the management of telephone enquiries, coordination of mail for services, general administration tasks, and support for Speech Pathology and Dietetics Directors as required.
Utilise hospital based computer systems. HBCIS, ieMR, ESM, Referral Workflow, The Viewer, S4Hanna, Message Media and QFlow.
