We are seeking a welcoming, organised, and proactive Administration Assistant to join our Seniors Living team at Oran Park Village. In this key front-line role, you will provide exceptional customer service to residents, visitors, and staff while ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of daily administrative tasks.
You’ll be the friendly first point of contact for our community, managing reception duties, maintaining accurate records, and assisting with financial processes. This is a varied role where no two days are the same — from greeting guests to organising events and keeping systems running seamlessly.
Key responsibilities
- Greet residents, visitors, and contractors with warmth and professionalism, managing all reception and phone enquiries efficiently.
- Maintain accurate resident records and administrative systems in line with compliance requirements.
- Assist with financial administration including petty cash, reconciliations, and payments.
- Organise meetings, events, and tours for prospective residents.
- Support the Retirement Living Manager with day-to-day operational tasks.
- Promote a safe and tidy workplace, complying with WHS requirements.
What you’ll bring
- Previous experience in administration or customer service (1–2 years minimum).
- Strong organisational and time management skills with great attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and confidence using administrative systems.
- Excellent communication skills and a genuine customer service approach.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- Empathy and patience when supporting older residents.
