ABOUT THE ROLE
This role involves staying informed about Chartered Accountants ANZ events and member activities, with a focus on managing initiatives assigned by the Team Leader. This includes engaging in member governance, special interest groups, and community groups.
Key responsibilities:
- Maintain a robust analytics framework for member data and feedback.
- Support regional governance processes and procedures.
- Implement and uphold high standards for systems and processes.
- Act as the primary administrative liaison for discussion groups, NSW council meetings, and YCA panel meetings.
- Ensure high-quality service standards for Conference Centre bookings and office operations.
- Comply with health and safety and risk management policies.
- Foster collaboration and coordinate projects to enhance member engagement.
You are an exceptional communicator, displaying a proactive and detail-oriented approach to your tasks. You exhibit high levels of organisation and efficiency. A true team player, you are eager to learn and contribute, while still being able to work independently. To excel in this role, you will demonstrate:
- Previous experience in an administrative role, preferably within a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in digital tools and platforms.
- A proactive mindset, ethical integrity, and a commitment to continuous learning and improvement.
