About the Role
This full-time, ongoing position involves:
- Managing front office duties including reception, parent enquiries, and general administrative support
- Overseeing First Aid requirements, including responding to student health needs, maintaining medical records, and ensuring First Aid compliance
- Supporting a positive and professional school environment through effective communication and organisational skills

Salary: Commensurate with experience and in accordance with the Victorian Catholic Education Multi-Enterprise Agreement 2022 (CEMEA).
