Key Responsibilities:

• Handle incoming calls from customers and follow up on their orders
• Process invoices accurately
• Assist with general administrative duties as needed

About You:

• A friendly attitude and excellent communication skills are a must!
• Strong organisational skills and a keen eye for detail are vital for thriving in this position.
• You should be able to handle challenging customer interactions while delivering outstanding service.
