Clerk Grade: 3/4 ($84,659 - $92,701 + super)

Location: Landing days between both Gosford and Sydney office required.
This role sits within the Investigations and Enforcement team at SIRA.
About the team
An exciting opportunity has become available for an Administrative Support officer focused professional to join the Employer Enforcement team within SIRA’s Investigation and Enforcement Directorate. You will be responsible for providing administrative and support services to facilitate the operation of the team.
Your day-to-day
- Provide a range of administrative and support services, including records management, routine correspondence, meeting and event coordination, to support the effective operation of the team/unit.
- Collect and compile information for and prepare documentation and correspondence in line with quality and organisational requirements, to support information flow and inform decision making.
- Complete routine financial transactions and purchasing services, ensuring compliance with agency standards and procedures.
- Respond to enquiries, and escalate and redirect issues as required, to ensure the provision of accurate information.
- Update and maintain records and databases, complying with administrative systems and processes, to ensure that all information is accurate, stored correctly and accessible.
To be successful in this role you will demonstrate:
- Support the team and work collaboratively to contribute to achieving effective operation of the team.
- Monitor, address and/or escalate requests.
- Manage the flow of information, seek clarification and provide advice and responses.
- Escalate issues, propose solutions and provide updates.
- Provide advice on administrative processes.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Salary Grade 3/4, with the base salary for this role starting at $84659 base plus superannuation
