What We Need: This role requires more than just sales ability, we’re looking for a strategic thinker who thrives on developing new business, identifying opportunities, and delivering long-term value to clients. Representing one of Australia’s most iconic media companies, you will partner with businesses to create powerful connections with audiences through our market-leading print and digital platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
- A proven record of success in sales, with consistent achievement of critical revenue targets
- Strong experience in developing new business and building a pipeline of sustainable opportunities
- The ability to think strategically and provide clients with solutions that align with their growth goals
- Demonstrated experience managing senior relationships and negotiating with decision makers
- Excellent communication skills and a professional, consultative approach
- Energy, resilience and confidence to excel in a fast-paced, competitive environment
What You Bring:
- 2+ years of experience in media sales or related industry roles
- Agency sales or agency-side experience is highly desirable
- Strong network of agency and client contacts
- A proven track record of meeting and exceeding revenue targets
- High motivation, initiative, and the ability to work both independently and
- collaboratively
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- A solutions-focused mindset and passion for delivering value to clients
