Ready to Be a Game-Changer?
Join Marathon Health as an AHCRS Practitioner and help rewrite the story for people in crisis.
We’re on the hunt for a bold, solution-savvy person who thrives under pressure, brings initiative to the table, and loves teaming up to make magic happen. If you’ve got the knack for helping and a head for navigating complex systems, then this should be your next big move.
Location: Dubbo or Albury – your choice!
Role Type: Full-time, full-impact (Part-Time also considered)
What’s the Gig?
As an After-Hours Crisis Referral Service (AHCRS) Practitioner, you’ll be the calm in the storm—coordinating support for NDIS participants across Australia who are facing unexpected, unavoidable, and unresolvable crisis events. You’ll work closely with the NDIA to make sure no one is left behind when things get tough.
No daily caseloads here! Instead, you’ll:
- Jump into action during crisis calls.
- Promote the AHCRS program across multiple jurisdictions.
- Build rock-solid relationships with stakeholders.
- Deliver info sessions and connect the dots between disability and mainstream services.
This role is unique, challenging, and seriously rewarding. If you’ve got experience in service coordination, stakeholder engagement, and know your way around the NDIS, we want to hear from you.
Heads up: You’ll also need to be part of a rotating after-hours roster (5pm–9am weekdays, 24/7 on weekends and public holidays).
Why work for Marathon Health:
- Up to 5 weeks annual leave + bonus Christmas leave
