FT Salary position for a Area Manager to join our NSW Operations Team
Business is growing! A new position has arisen with our leading International Food Franchiser that has an existing high profile footprint in Australia. Overseeing a portfolio of stores and an assistant area manager, this role will see you coach, mentor and influence Franchise owners and operators to deliver strong operational standards, improve sales and enhance their in-store experience.
Working autonomously as part of a managerial team, you will report into the Senior Area Manager & Regional Manager and spend most of your time in store partnering with Franchisees to ensure profitable growth of their business.
About You:
The role will suit a driven and experienced area manager or multi-site maanger with a sound understanding of QSR operations. You will be passionate about the delivery of a quality fresh product, outstanding customer service experiences, and thrive on generating and encouraging the success of others and the business. A background in franchise operations will be highly advantageous, as will the ability to liaise with and work side by side with your teams.
- Full working rights in Australia: Citizenship or Permanent Residency only
- Knowledge of Sushi and Sushi making skills is prefered
- Strong business acumen
- Excellent relationship building skills
- For this role, you will need your own transport (Car allowance provided)
