Reporting to the Assessment Manager, this full-time position is part of the Assessment Team within Bond University’s Faculty of Health Sciences and Medicine. As a key member of the professional services team, the primary responsibility is to provide high-quality administrative services that support the planning and delivery of assessment functions for Health Sciences Programs.
The role involves providing high-level advice, coordination, and support to academic and professional staff to ensure effective day-to-day operations of assessment administration and reporting across Health Sciences programs, including scheduling assessment support, administer examination/assessment activities, and support timely grade ratification and reporting.
It is expected that this position will liaise with other university departments as needed, and demonstrate excellent communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and multitasking capabilities.
The Faculty of Health Sciences and Medicine welcomes applications from candidates with previous experience in a service-oriented position who work effectively as part of a team with a customer-first focus while contributing to team outcomes. About the person
We are seeking a dynamic individual who thrives on working autonomously and can manage multiple priorities whilst being part of a collaborative team in a busy and growing environment. The postholder will be a natural organiser and a people-person with excellent communication skills with the ability to cultivate and maintain robust relationships with stakeholders within the Faculty and University.
In addition to having a high standard of administration skills and ability to implement effective administrative and quality processes and procedures, the position requires expertise in the use of software across multiple platforms, including blackboard student learning system (iLearn) and Microsoft Office Suite with the expectation of intermediate excel skills. Experience of other related software would be advantageous, for example, Web Room Booking system (WRB) and the Student Management System (Student One).
Salary details
The salary for the position will commence at $83,210.75 plus 12% superannuation per annum.
