What you'll be doing
This Systems Manager, Asset & Facilities Management Online (AFMO) Systems Manager is responsible for delivering an effective asset management system that continuously monitors the suitability, performance and condition of existing assets (including capital) against the NSLHD Strategic Plan and NSW Treasury requirements. The strategic outcome within this role includes driving a whole of life approach to asset management. The position is responsible for the local development and implementation of the system. The Systems Manager is responsible for the daily management, configuration and upkeep of the system as well as streamlining and simplification of internal processes to ensure the asset register is adequately maintained and reflect asset lifecycles. Additionally, the position is responsible for system enhancements, user support, policy and procedure development, systems analysis, application interface, design and development of reporting formats as well as developing and implementing solutions for data management.

Candidates will need to meet the following criteria:
- Tertiary level qualifications (or equivalent) in data systems and management or a related field or equivalent experience.
- What is your understanding of asset management and its importance to an organisation?
- Please detail your experience with the administration and management of Asset and Facilities Management Online, or another asset database.
